Disgusting service fraudulant actions

It began about a yr ago i ordered a bed from them tried the 30 trial after 2 weeks i was not happy so requested it be returned....then when picking it up i assisted driver to put it in the truck....2 weeks later i get a call they didnt receive bed my neighbors viewed me putting in truck it took 5 months to resolve the matter while they continued to bill my credit card...never once after 43 calls and letters to them finally found the bed in a warehouse ....not a single apology for their brutal service....2nd at the same time i purchased a laptop it just gets better my cc

Bought a cub cadet 42 , and ordered a Mulch kit , No call came in from tractor supply. Reordered 4 weeks ago still no Kit. Gave them 2 phone numbers and email I get the bill for my credit card but nothing else.

Sorry management

Employee called in to work because other employee did not show up after about one and half employee showed up now manager wants fill in to only get paid for two hours and got snotty with me in store in front of coustermers and told me I would have to leave. I THINK IT'S PRETTY SORRY.she is not a manager nor is asst manager store is filthy got a bunch of lazy people standing around. You need to do something about it

Tsc Home - Customer Care Review

I normally love TSC and I am a loyal customer. But today I was traveling to virginia for a search and rescue event and several of my team stopped in at a TSC near lynchburg VA to get rain gear there a set ee all like, I bought a full set, but one set was missing the pants. Thats half of set. I could not believe it when the clerk would not reduce to half price since half of set was missing. My team mate would still have purchased, but since the clerk, Ann was so rude and would not fairly reduce the price, it was not purchased. What terrible customer service, she needs to be sent back to retraining.

Can't afford to return unwanted items

The return policy for TCS Shops is so strict that we are now stuck with bar stools that we don't want (expensive ones) because of the return policy. BEWARE.

Do not buy anything from them unless you plan to keep it NO MATTER WHAT. Not only must you pay return shipping, if you didn't pay shipping to receive the items, you must pay that as well, and a loss of 15% restocking fee. It turns out that our over $400 bar stools (2 of them) are not worth shipping back because we would get so little refunded. And wait, there's more, if you don't return them in 10 days you are also screwed.

My suggestion: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TCS SHOPS. BUYER BEWARD!

I ordered a home gym from them this month (March 2018) and they are telling me that they cannot tell the delivery company to bring a 183 lb equipment inside the house.They want to leave it outside or in the garage.How the heck am I supposed to bring this inside?I am a single parent with a small child.This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I am never shopping from them again and I am escalating this further.And on top of that the resolutions agent was very quick to get me off the phone and supposedly she is the resolution agent.

Ya right lady! Get another job because you are NO good at customer service or resolving issues.

was so excited when I finally found a globe bar as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We put it together and 6-7 pieces were missing.

I called and emailed the 1-888 number and the manager for weeks before someone finally got back to me. I explained to the manager to contact me via email as I had a very small cell phone plan and no home phone. He ignored my request. Continued to call me and leave messages.

I received a message stating that he did not have time to deal with my request to replace the missing pieces because he was busy with black Friday. So he was telling me that only new customers meant something but existing customers meant nothing. The glove bar was over 300$. I finally decided to use my bfs cell phone and call him and he told me he would send the missing pieces out.

It's been weeks now and nothing. I read a lot of bad reviews about tsc shops and didn't want to believe them and wholesale or not I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. The manager treated me like I didn't matter and when I was talking to him on the phone hr kept cutting me off. As far as I am concerned if you already are a customer you should mean the same if not more to a company.

They just brushed me under the rug and moved on. This place doesn't care at all about the products they sell or the customers they serve. I even tried to contact merske.com the manufacturer and never heard back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TSCSHOPS.COM.

IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH YOULL FIND IT ELSEWHERE. TRUST ME.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Their customer DIS service operators will tell you they are "looking for an item" and then place you on perpetual hold. It is an old trick that these people do because they just don't know how to problem solve or have the spirit to help people who need EVEN ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTs. Look up the word *** and this company will be in the definition. They wasted 10 minutes of my time so now I am adding something to waste their time. Most their *** made in CHINA anway and falls apart after a year. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. You will regret it.

File dispute with your credit card company this place is a joke and the owner will keep your money. And the manager Jerome baral is a liar and a crook who is helping the owner steal from you.

They will hold up your money till you give up.

I received an email notification that my order was recently placed 'On-Hold' due to a security check. OK, Not a problem. I followed the instruction and called the number provided also providing the order # as requested. After verifying all my information proving I’m the owner of the credit card the customer service rep began to question why I was shipping the product to a different address other than my card holders address as if I was I was doing something wrong. I provided her with my reason….. I have two homes and I need the product shipped to NJ. Well she didn’t believe me and began to say that this is really out of the ordinary. I ask her what was … Her response was "Shipping to a different address" This went on for two minutes. She finally said ok then thanked me for my order.. Well a week later I want to check my order and a new comment was "no thanks" on her response.. So now Amazon thanks TSCshop.com, the customer service rep and her management for my new order placed with Amazon… no issue no hassle… Thanks Amazon for setting the example !!!! :> FYI it's was over $20.00 cheaper... love it!! :>

TSCShops is the absolute worst, avoid at all costs

TSCShops has been misleading from the beginning. Order placed 3/8/15. Confirmation email states 3 days to process and ship items. After 3 days items aren't shipped. Their reply is it takes items 7 business days to ship after 3 day processing. 7 business days later items aren't shipped. Their reply is they will contact manufacturer for tracking number. No reply. Today I call and am told items are back ordered until 5/20/15. This is unacceptable. Items are STILL listed as in stock on website with a "Ships in 2-3 business day" banner. I was told an immediate refund would be processed. Of course I have received no refund email. Considering their prior communication (or lack thereof) I doubt seriously I can expect my refund in a timely manner. This companies business practices are questionable at best. To hold my money this long and give me the run around for this long should be against PayPal acceptable use policy. I have a complete email history and call log to prove allegations. Avoid this company at all cost.

Here is the skinny on this TSC outfit: 1. The tables were very good. We use them in a trade show booth. That said, TSC has nothing to do with the tables. They are drop shipped from TSC's source who they buy them from. I have no issue with that what so ever if the following had not been part of the whole transaction: 2. They were very late in getting the tables to me. I actually dug into this after the shipment was late and ended up talking to the shipper / manufacturer in Georgia who finally told me my order was never submitted by TSC even though I had paid in full. They helped me understand how to make my order actually ship. 2. TSC's price was 3 times the cost that some (most)others advertised. 3. TSC offered the worst customer service I have experienced. Rude people who do not communicate. I will never do business with them again. 4. Finally they ask, through email, for you to review the transaction. At the end of the review form is the caveat – they reserve the right to edit or not post the review if it is negative or references price or other sellers. I think that says a lot about this company. Do your homework and do it better than I did. Never again will they have a chance to sell me anything.

Cancelled order but have not received refund

11/2, ordered electric fireplace. Order acknowledged that night saying it would be processed in1-3 days. 11/4, money taken from my account, $345.62. 11/6, called tsc customer service, lydia, to get shipping info. She said she would investigate and call me back within 48 hrs. No return call. 11/10, called lydia again and asked how to cancel order. She told me to send an email and reference order. Sent email. Lydia confirmed receipt of email but then stated it was no guarantee until she contacted vendor. Also said I had to pay a 15% restocking charge. I asked her to have a manager call me, he was in a meeting. Never received a call. Found the same item for $109 from another vendor. 11/12, lydia called saying she had been out sick but would call the vendor to cancel order. 11/12, got an email from lydia with shipping info. 11/14, refused shipment. 12/1, called lydia to find out when my credit card would be credited with the return. Left message, no return call. 12/21, still have not received credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I would have read reviews on this company before ordering! I rarely comment on these things, but felt I had to this time.

I placed an order with plenty of time to receive my order well before Christmas and here I am on the 23rd without my daughter's best gift! After the order was placed, I was sent an email the next day to contact the company to verify my credit card....for $90.00??? I spent 3 days calling this company getting a recording telling me to call back during their office hours (I verified that I was most certainly calling during those days and times). Finally I replied to email they sent originally, stating that if I was not going to get my order by Christmas then I wanted to cancel and buy elsewhere.

The next day I received an email that my order was shipped and my credit card was billed!!! Now the tracking states 12/29.

I would try to find this in a store, but have read others did not receive a credit for up to 180 days. Please save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere!
